After online license validation, OSPHERIX 360 keeps a local signed license token. Offline use continues until the real license expiration date if the local license state remains intact.

Pre-event offline checklist

  1. Open the app while online at least once before the event.
  2. Go to Help → Version & License.
  3. Confirm Mode: Licensed, State: active, and verify the expiration date.
  4. Do not clear local app data before the event — this would remove the local license token.
The app works completely offline during events. The gallery server, GoPro connection, video processing, and clip delivery all function without internet access. Only the initial license activation and periodic lease renewal (approximately every 30 days) require internet connectivity.

Activating your license

  1. Open the app — the License Gate appears if no valid license is found.
  2. Enter your license key and click Activate.
  3. The app validates with the OSPHERIX license server.
  4. On success, the local signed token is written and all features unlock.

After a Windows reinstall

If Windows was reinstalled, reconnect to the internet once after reinstalling OSPHERIX 360 so the app can re-bootstrap the local license token using your existing license key.

License expiry and renewal

When the license expires, the License Gate appears again. Purchase a renewal from ospherix.com/pricing.html and enter the new key to activate.
