The display page shows QR codes and the latest clip. Guests scan the QR code on their phones to access their video from the event gallery. The gallery runs locally — no internet required.

How it works

  1. OSPHERIX 360 runs a local web server (gallery server) on a port you configure (default: 3030).
  2. After each processed clip, the gallery is updated and a QR code is generated pointing to the guest-accessible URL.
  3. Guests connect their phone to the event Wi-Fi and scan the QR code to open the gallery in their browser.
  4. They can view and download their video from the phone browser.

Display page

Open the display page on a secondary screen or TV to show guests the latest QR code and a preview of their clip. The display page URL is shown in the app control screen.

QR code points to the wrong network

  • Open Settings → Network and verify the Gallery/LAN adapter is set to the guest router adapter.
  • The IP in the QR URL should be 192.168.x.x (guest LAN range), not 10.5.5.x (GoPro range).
  • After changing the adapter, restart the gallery server (Stop → Start) and refresh the display page.

Guests cannot open the gallery link

  • Confirm the guest device is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the gallery server (the guest router, not the GoPro network).
  • Try typing the gallery IP address directly in the phone's browser to rule out QR scan issues.
  • Check that Windows Firewall allows the gallery server port (default: 3030) on private networks.
The gallery is completely offline — clips are served from the PC's local storage. Internet connectivity is not required for guest gallery access.
