OSPHERIX 360 records, processes, and publishes event 360 videos. It connects to GoPro cameras via Wi-Fi, processes clips with effects, and displays QR codes for guests to access the event gallery.

Recommended setup

  • Windows laptop or mini PC (Windows 10 64-bit or later).
  • GoPro camera with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled (GoPro Hero 9 or later recommended).
  • Local Wi-Fi router or LAN switch for guest gallery access.
  • Optional: a second Wi-Fi adapter (USB dongle) if the GoPro and guest LAN need to use different wireless networks simultaneously.

Installing the application

  1. Download the latest installer from ospherix.com/download.html.
  2. Run OSPHERIX-360-Setup.exe and follow the on-screen prompts.
  3. Allow Windows Firewall access on private networks when prompted — this is required for the gallery server and GoPro communication.

First event workflow

  1. Start the app and activate your license (or start the 3-day demo).
  2. Open Settings → Output and set the output folder for rendered clips.
  3. Start the gallery server from the control screen.
  4. Confirm the Gallery/LAN IP address is the guest router IP (not the GoPro network IP).
  5. Connect to the GoPro camera — see Connecting a GoPro without Quik.
  6. Record a test clip and confirm it processes and appears in the gallery.
  7. Test the QR code on a guest device to confirm the gallery is accessible.
Run a complete test workflow (record → process → gallery → QR access) before guests arrive. Processing time depends on clip length and your PC's performance — verify it is acceptable for your event pace.
